Volunteers and Committees

Volunteers Needed

In addition to the PTO meetings, there are many other ways to get involved with PTO. At any time during the school year, please feel free to contact one of the PTO Board members to let them know you would like to volunteer or complete the interest form to be included in emails as we seek volunteers..  We look forward to hearing from and working with you!

Variety Show

This committee helps plan and coordinate an evening event to show off the many talents of our Stallions! Planning starts a few months before the event to be held in April.
An all day, all school event offering both fun and competitive activities. Volunteers assist at the competitive event during the morning shift or the fun day stations in the afternoon. Help with set-up/clean-up is also needed.

Volunteers assist with activities such as the 5th Grade Mystery Trip, Future Falcon Night, and 5th Grade Promotion.  Memory books with pictures, writing, and ads are created and a slide show is put together.

Help organize this AWESOME event for an adults’ night out!  This committee helps secure advertisement, decorates for the event and solicit donations. Please keep in mind that you can volunteer for this event and sit at your table that night.

The Silent Auction is held in conjunction with Keys for Kids.  You can help solicit, package and set up the silent auction items.  Many volunteers are needed in the weeks leading up to the event and with the setup.
